Accelerate ATE Pattern Bring Up and Debug
Test Vector Studio (TVS) was designed for test and product engineers from the ground up. It combines a user-friendly GUI with powerful pattern development tools such as Tester Rule Check (TRC) and Test Vector Editor.
Intuitive Test Development and Faster Debug
The Waver GUI allows to view and analyze ATPG and ATE patterns at both waveform and source code levels, simplifying test development and debug.

and Debug

TRC provides early vector verification, checking both static compliance and dynamic hazards with the specific target ATE. This can prevent costly post-silicon surprises and reduce testing overhead.
Test cost can be reduced by optimizing your test vectors using TVS features such as vector parallelization and compression. You can also reduce costs by adjusting your test vectors to enable greater ATE selection and retarget your test program to cost-effective ATEs.
Manual test vector editing can be impractical in many cases, such as masking every 10th vector, for example. This is where the TVS programmable editing comes in handy as it automates the process, saving valuable time and resources.
Vector merge is effective at saving tester runtime; Serial Merge concatenates vectors, saving the overhead of loading them separately, while Parallel Merge tests multiple cores in parallel instead of just one at a time.
TVS provides lossless compression of up to 98% shrinking test file size and vector count. This can greatly reduce test cost without reducing coverage. It also allows convenient debug of uncompressed vectors while using optimized compressed ones in production.
